The weight loss tracker, GLP-1 injection log and weight loss journal people buy as separate sheets and printables — with the trend, the site rotation and the refill date worked out for you. Not medical advice; follow your prescriber.
Weight loss spreadsheets break when a formula is typed over, and a printable GLP-1 journal cannot tell you which site is next or when to reorder. This opens from a double-click, works offline and keeps your health records on your own device.
What it needs, and what it does not do.
Weight Loss & GLP-1 Tracker is an offline app from ColadoSystems that runs in your web browser from a folder on your own device. It costs $19.99 once, with no subscription and no account, and includes 16 tools, sample data to explore and a PDF guide. Your records stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Everything is saved inside your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account, so no company holds a copy of your weight and medication records. They are not encrypted, though: anyone who can use this device and browser can open them, so keep the device locked. Download a backup regularly (Settings → Data & backup → Back up now) and keep it somewhere as safe as the records themselves.
Yes. Open index.html and it runs fully offline. You can also host the folder on any website and choose “Install app” in Chrome or Edge to get a desktop or phone icon that works offline.
Yes. The layout adapts to phones and tablets with a bottom navigation bar. Each device keeps its own data, so use Back up / Restore to move records between devices.
Go to Settings → Data & backup → Erase records. Every sample record is removed, and so are the sample person’s name, goals, prescriber and pharmacy, so nothing of theirs ends up on your printouts. Your units and other settings are kept.
No. It is not medical advice. It never suggests a dose, a change of dose, a diet or a target. The dose steps, goals and refill timing in it are the ones you enter from your own prescriber. If you miss a dose, feel unwell or are unsure, ask your prescriber or pharmacist.
Any you type in. You give the name as it is on your label, whether it is taken by injection or as a tablet, and how often: once a week on a set day, every day, or every few days. The sample data uses a generic name only as an example.
For each weigh-in, it is the mean of every weigh-in in the seven days up to and including that day. Days with no weigh-in are left out rather than counted as zero, so gaps never pull the line down.
The 7-day average at your latest weigh-in is compared with the 7-day average at your last weigh-in at least four weeks earlier, and the difference is divided by the weeks between them. With less than four weeks of history it uses your first weigh-in, once that is a week or more back.
Among the sites you tick, it picks the one that has rested longest since it was last used. A site never used comes first, and ties go in the order abdomen, thigh, upper arm, left before right. Skipped doses do not count as using a site.
Doses on hand are your last count (or nothing) plus pickups since, minus doses taken since. Those doses cover your next scheduled doses; the first dose not covered is when you need more, and the order-by date is that many days earlier, as you set it.
No. They are resized and saved in this browser on this device only, and included in your backup file. Nothing is sent anywhere.
Yes, any time, under Settings → Units — and the same for inches or centimetres and fluid ounces or millilitres. Everything is kept in metric underneath and converted for display, so switching never changes a number you typed.
No. It is made for one person on one device, and records do not sync between devices. To move to another device, save a backup and restore it there.
