What Men's Health Organizer does

Checks and screenings

Stop guessing when you last had it done

  • Blood pressure, cholesterol, blood sugar, prostate, bowel, skin, eyes, teeth
  • Each one with the date it was last done and the date you have next down
  • Intervals are prompts to discuss with a doctor, and every one is yours to change

The appointment sheet

Walk in with everything on one page

  • Your questions first, numbered, because they are what gets forgotten
  • Medications, last readings, results and symptoms since your last visit
  • A box at the bottom to write down what you were told

Readings and results

Your numbers, with the date and the place

  • Blood pressure, resting heart rate, weight and waist over time
  • Cholesterol, HbA1c, PSA and testosterone in the units on your result sheet
  • It records where each reading came from — chemist, nurse or your own cuff

Symptom log

Write it down the day it happens

  • What it was, when it started, how bad out of five, how long it lasted
  • How often the same thing has come back, counted over twelve months
  • Mark one to mention and it prints on the next appointment sheet

Medications and supplements

Everything you take, including the supplements

  • Dose, what it is for, who prescribed it and where you pick it up
  • Repeat dates and review dates, flagged before you run out
  • No dose checking and no interaction checking — it is a list, and it says so

Family history

A sentence ready to say out loud

  • What your parents and brothers and sisters had, and at what age
  • Turned into the question you want to ask, in your own words
  • No risk score and no percentage — that is a question for a doctor

Questions

Where is my data stored? Is it private?

Everything is saved inside your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account, so no company holds a copy of your health records. They are not encrypted, though: anyone who can use this device and browser can open them, so keep the device locked. Download a backup regularly (Settings → Data & backup → Back up now) and keep it somewhere as safe as the records themselves.

Does it work without internet?

Yes. Open index.html and it runs fully offline. You can also host the folder on any website and choose “Install app” in Chrome or Edge to get a desktop or phone icon that works offline.

Can I use it on my phone or iPad?

Yes. The layout adapts to phones and tablets with a bottom navigation bar. Each device keeps its own data, so use Back up / Restore to move records between devices.

How do I start fresh after trying the sample data?

Go to Settings → Data & backup → Erase records. Your business profile and settings are kept; all sample records are removed.

Is this a medical record, or medical advice?

Neither. It is your own copy of your health paperwork, written up at home. Your doctor holds the real record. The app gives no diagnosis, no medical advice and no dosing guidance, it is not a screening tool and it is not a risk calculator: it works out no risk score, grades nothing, and never tells you whether a number is normal or high. It does no interaction checking between medicines or supplements and it will never warn you about anything. Everything in it is what you typed in, so it can be wrong, out of date or missing.

Where do the screening intervals come from, and can I trust them?

They are general prompts to raise with a doctor, and nothing more. They are not clinical guidelines, they are not tailored to you, and the app has read no guideline and does not know your age or your history. Guidance differs between countries and changes over time, and your own doctor may quite reasonably tell you something different. Change every interval to whatever the two of you agree, and treat a red row as a reason to ask the question rather than proof that you are late for something.

Does the family history page work out my risk?

No, and it deliberately never will. Writing down that your father had a heart attack at fifty-four calculates nothing about you: there is no score on that page, no percentage and no recommendation, because an offline app cannot honestly produce one. What it gives you is a sentence you have already thought about, ready to say out loud, so it actually gets said. Whether any of it changes what you should be doing is a question for a doctor.

Will it tell me if a reading is too high?

No. It stores the number, the date, the unit and where it was taken, and shows the plain difference from your previous reading — subtraction, not a judgement. It does not compare anything with a reference range, it does not colour a number red for being high, and it does not say whether a change is an improvement. Ask whoever took the reading.

What if a symptom is getting worse?

Ring a doctor. Do not wait for a date in this app to come round, do not wait for an appointment you have already booked, and do not use the log to decide that something can wait. The app cannot tell you whether anything is urgent — it only writes down what you typed.

What actually prints on the appointment sheet?

One page. The questions first, numbered, gathered from symptoms you marked to mention, things you put aside after your last visit, checks you have down as due and family history you have not raised. Then your current medications and supplements, your recent readings and blood results with the previous one alongside each, the symptoms since your last visit, the checks you think are due and your family history in one line each. At the bottom there is a box to write what you were told. You choose which blocks appear, except the questions.

Why does it record where a reading was taken?

Because a pharmacy machine, a practice nurse and your own cuff at home do not always agree, and the first thing a clinician asks about a home reading is where it came from. It prints on the sheet next to the number, so the conversation starts from something useful rather than “about 140, I think, in the chemist”.

Can I use it for my wife or my father as well?

It holds one person’s record on purpose — one name on the printouts, one set of checks, one set of readings — because that is what makes the appointment sheet work. For a whole household there is Family Medical Records Organizer, which keeps a record per person. If you only want a second copy of this one, put it in a different browser profile or on a different device; each keeps its own data.

Is this a fitness app?

No, and the activity page is deliberately light: no plans, no targets, no scores, no calories and no comparison with anybody. It exists so that “how active are you?” has an honest answer — “about two and a half hours a week, mostly walking” beats a guess. It only knows what you logged, and most walking never gets logged.

Where do my records live?

In this browser, on this device only. There is no account, no upload and no subscription, and nothing is sent anywhere. They are not encrypted, so anyone who can use this device and browser profile can read your symptoms, your medications and your results. Keep the device access-controlled with a password and a screen lock, and treat backup files and printed sheets the same way.

Can several people use it at the same time?

No. It is made for one person on one device, and records do not sync between devices. To move to another device, save a backup and restore it there.
