Light and dark mode. Install it like an app. It is not a medical record system and gives no medical advice — records stay in the browser on your own device, are not encrypted, and never leave it.
What it needs, and what it does not do.
Senior Care Organizer is an offline app from ColadoSystems that runs in your web browser from a folder on your own device. It costs $24.99 once, with no subscription and no account, and includes 12 tools, sample data to explore and a PDF guide. Your records stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Everything is saved inside your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account, so no company holds a copy of your care records. They are not encrypted, though: anyone who can use this device and browser can open them, so keep the device locked. Download a backup regularly (Settings → Data & backup → Back up now) and keep it somewhere as safe as the records themselves.
Yes. Open index.html and it runs fully offline. You can also host the folder on any website and choose “Install app” in Chrome or Edge to get a desktop or phone icon that works offline.
Yes. The layout adapts to phones and tablets with a bottom navigation bar. Each device keeps its own data, so use Back up / Restore to move records between devices.
Go to Settings → Data & backup → Erase records. Your business profile and settings are kept; all sample records are removed.
No. Their doctor holds the real record; this is the family’s own copy of what you already know, written up at home. It gives no diagnosis, no medical advice and no dosing guidance, it does no interaction checking of any kind, and it will never warn you about anything. Nothing in it has been checked or certified by anybody. Every condition, dose, allergy and date in it is simply what a family member typed in, so it can be wrong, out of date or missing.
No, and it never will. There is no interaction checking, no dose checking and no alerting anywhere in the app. The allergy list is printed on the emergency sheet so that a person can read it out loud; the app does not read it at all. If something looks wrong, ring the pharmacy or the practice.
Yes, if they can get into this device and this browser profile. The records are saved in this browser on this device only, they are not encrypted, and nothing is uploaded — so nobody can read them over a network, but anybody sitting at this computer can. That includes a vulnerable person’s health details, their bank and legal paperwork, and where the will is kept. Keep the device locked with a user account and a password and a screen lock, and treat backup files and printed sheets with the same care.
Each device keeps its own copy of the records, so there is no live sync between phones. Most families run one copy on the laptop of whoever does the admin and print what the others need: the week’s rota, the medicines list, the emergency sheet, and who owes whom. Back up and Restore move the records between devices when you want to.
Yes. Add a second person under Their record → Everybody we care for and a switcher appears on their record, the medicines, the daily log and the emergency sheet. Conditions, allergies, medicines, appointments and log entries all belong to one person. The rota, the costs and the documents are shared.
Each person in the care team has a care share on their own record — the proportion of the visiting they have agreed to. The app adds up everybody’s shares, works out what proportion of the period each person was expected to cover, and compares it with the hours or visits they actually did. The bar is what they did; the line is their share. Paid carers and agencies are left out of that comparison, because they have agreed to no share.
It is recorded as a cost so the total is honest, but it is nobody’s share and it stays out of the settle-up entirely. It is her money, not a debt between brothers and sisters.
No. It is a summary the family wrote, it carries no clinical authority, and it says so in a box at the bottom. Hand it over as a starting point and say out loud that it came from you. In a real emergency call the emergency services and tell them what you know — do not stop to read the app.
