Terms of sale

These terms apply when you buy from ColadoSystems ("we", "us"), operated by [legal business name], [address]. By placing an order you agree to them.

What you are buying

Each product is a digital download: an app that runs in a web browser from files on your own device, together with a PDF guide. Nothing physical is shipped. Screens, tools and limits are described on each product page; please read "Before you buy" there.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD and are one-time prices, not subscriptions. Sales tax or VAT is added at checkout where it applies, and Paddle may show the price in your local currency.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Delivery

Straight after payment, the confirmation page gives you a download link for each system you bought. Paddle emails your receipt. The download page keeps working for 30 days after purchase; after that, email hello@coladosystems.com with your order number and we will send fresh links.

Your license

Your use of each product is covered by the license.

Refunds

See the refund policy.

Your records and backups

The products save your records in your browser on your own device. We cannot see, recover or restore them. You are responsible for keeping backups using the backup feature in each product.

Limits of liability

The products are provided to help you organise your work and home. They are not professional, legal, medical, tax or financial advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force when you placed your order applies to that order.
