Can I use this on a truck laptop or iPad on the job site?
Yes. It runs in your browser with no internet needed, and the menu folds into a drawer on tablets. Each device keeps its own data, so use a backup file to move records.
Does it support milestone progress billing?
Yes. Each invoice bills a milestone amount you enter, holds back retention, and tracks what has been paid and what is still due.
Can I customize my business name on estimates and invoices?
Yes. Enter your company name, license number, phone and address in Settings (sidebar, System section). Your name, license and address print on proposals and invoices.
What if I need to switch computers or get a new office PC?
Export a backup under "Backup & restore" on the old PC. On the new PC, open the same page, choose the file and click "Restore from selected file".
Can several people use it at the same time?
No. It is made for one person on one device, and records do not sync between devices. To move to another device, save a backup and restore it there.
Can customers book or pay online through it?
No. It runs offline on your own device, so there is no booking page for customers and it does not take card payments. You record bookings and payments in it yourself, including ones taken by phone, card reader or another website.
