Salon & Beauty Manager is an offline front-desk app for hair salons, spas, nail bars, barbershops and lash studios. It books appointments, shows who is in each chair, keeps client formula notes and allergy warnings, runs memberships and loyalty points, works out staff commissions and rings up services, retail and tips at checkout. It costs $29.99 once, with no subscription and no account, and includes 12 tools, sample data to explore and a PDF guide. Your records stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Will my client list and formulas stay private?
Private from us, yes: everything is saved in your browser’s local database on this device, and the app does not send it anywhere. It is not encrypted, so anyone who can use this device can open it. The optional 4-digit PIN in Settings & backup puts a privacy screen over the app when you open it and after five minutes without activity. It can be reset from the lock screen, so keep the computer itself locked too.
What if I forget my screen-lock PIN?
Choose "Forgot PIN?" on the lock screen and type RESET. The PIN is cleared, the app unlocks and you land on the field to set a new one — none of your records are deleted or changed. The lock is a privacy screen: it hides what is on screen but does not encrypt your records, so lock your computer too when you step away.
Can I use it on an iPad or tablet?
Yes. The layout adapts to tablets and phones. Records are saved per device and browser, so move data between devices with a backup file.
Does it calculate stylist commissions?
Yes. Set each team member’s commission % in Staff & commissions. At checkout it is applied to the ticket, and totals appear in the Commission ledger tab.
Can I put my salon name and address on receipts?
Yes. Enter them in Settings & backup under Salon profile & branding and click "Save Salon Profile". Receipts show your salon name, address, and phone.
Can several people use it at the same time?
No. It is made for one person on one device, and records do not sync between devices. To move to another device, save a backup and restore it there.
Can customers book or pay online through it?
No. It runs offline on your own device, so there is no booking page for customers and it does not take card payments. You record bookings and payments in it yourself, including ones taken by phone, card reader or another website.
