Made for A person or couple going through IVF, IUI or a frozen embryo transfer — on your own or with a partner of any gender — who want the medicines, the scans, the embryo report, the costs and the waiting in one calm place instead of a notebook, a spreadsheet and a dozen phone alarms
An IVF planner and IVF journal for a person or couple going through IVF, IUI or a frozen transfer: each cycle from baseline to test day, a medicine calendar with today’s doses, stock left and the date to reorder, injection-site rotation on a body map, monitoring scans with a lead-follicle chart, the embryo report as a funnel, costs claimed and reimbursed, questions for the doctor, a two-week-wait journal and a printable medication schedule — offline, no formulas to break. Not medical advice; follow your clinician.

For IVF, IUI and frozen transfers, on your own or as a couple: the IVF journal, medication schedule and fertility tracker a printable promises, plus the counting it leaves to you. Not medical advice; follow your clinician.

A printed IVF journal can’t tell you when the medicine will run out or which side you injected last night, a spreadsheet breaks when a formula is typed over, and fertility apps want an account. This opens from a double-click, works offline and keeps your treatment on your own device. Not medical advice; follow your clinician.
What it needs, and what it does not do.
IVF & Fertility Planner is an offline app from ColadoSystems that runs in your web browser from a folder on your own device. It costs $24.99 once, with no subscription and no account, and includes 16 tools, sample data to explore and a PDF guide. Your records stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Everything is saved inside your browser on this device. Nothing is uploaded and there is no account, so no company holds a copy of your treatment records. They are not encrypted, though: anyone who can use this device and browser can open them, so keep the device locked. Download a backup regularly (Settings → Data & backup → Back up now) and keep it somewhere as safe as the records themselves.
Yes. Open index.html and it runs fully offline. You can also host the folder on any website and choose “Install app” in Chrome or Edge to get a desktop or phone icon that works offline.
Yes. The layout adapts to phones and tablets with a bottom navigation bar. Each device keeps its own data, so use Back up / Restore to move records between devices.
Go to Settings → Data & backup → Erase records. Every sample record is removed, and so are the sample couple’s names, clinic, pharmacy and insurance details, so nothing of theirs ends up on your printouts. Your other settings are kept.
No. It is not medical advice, and it never gives any. It does not know what a dose, a follicle size, a lining measurement, a hormone level or an embryo grade should be, and it never says. It makes no predictions, does not compare your numbers with anyone else’s and holds no clinic success rates or statistics. Always follow your clinician, and call your clinic if anything worries you.
No. You type each medicine’s name from its label and the dose exactly as prescribed. The app only schedules what you typed, counts what you ticked and works out when your stock runs out.
What is left is your last count minus every dose ticked as taken since. The app walks forward through every dose still scheduled — today’s unticked ones included, at the dose in force on each day — until the course ends or there is not enough for the next dose. That day is the run-out date, and the reorder date is that day minus the days a delivery takes (3 unless you change it, in Settings or on the medicine). A medicine with no end date is projected up to a year ahead.
It rotates through the sites you have switched on in Settings (or on the Injection sites page): a site never used comes first, otherwise the one used longest ago. Sites under the skin and into the muscle rotate separately, and each person has their own rotation. Your clinic’s instructions come first.
No. It works the same whether you are going through treatment on your own or with a partner of any gender. Put in one name or two; with two, each medicine can say whose it is, and printouts are headed with the names you choose — or “Treatment planner” if you leave them blank.
Yes. Each cycle has a treatment type, and the stages follow it: IVF (including ICSI), IUI, frozen embryo transfer, egg freezing, or other. Several cycles are kept side by side as history.
The app cannot send notifications, so it hands the times to your own calendar instead. “Calendar reminders” on the Medicine calendar saves the next two weeks of doses as a calendar file; open it on your phone or computer and each dose lands in your calendar with an alert five minutes before. Download a fresh file whenever the schedule changes.
This planner stops at the test result: add it on the cycle and record how the cycle ended. For the months after a positive test, our Pregnancy & Newborn Tracker is a separate app built to pick up from there.
No. It is made for one person on one device, and records do not sync between devices. To move to another device, save a backup and restore it there.
