QR Code Business Toolkit is an offline app from ColadoSystems that runs in your web browser from a folder on your own device. It costs $29.99 once, with no subscription and no account, and includes 12 tools, sample data to explore and a PDF guide. Your records stay on your device and are never uploaded.

Runs in: A current version of Chrome, Edge, Safari or Firefox, on a computer, tablet or phone.
Internet: Only to download it. After that it works with the Wi-Fi off.
Your records: Saved in the browser on this device. They are not encrypted and do not sync between devices, so anyone who can use the device can open them.
Backups: Save a backup file from the app whenever you like. Restore it to recover or to move to another device.
Users: Made for one person on one device. It is not a shared, multi-user system.
Download: A zip file under 3 MB with the app and its PDF guide.

Do these QR codes ever expire or require a monthly fee?

Never! Unlike online QR generator websites that disable your QR codes after 14 days and demand $20/month, these are permanent static QR codes. You own them for life and they will work forever.

Do customers need a special app to scan the QR codes?

No! Any modern smartphone (iPhone, Samsung, Google Pixel, etc.) scans these QR codes instantly using the built-in camera app.

Can I use this software offline without internet?

Yes. The generator, templates, sign studio, print sheets and export all run from the folder on your device, with nothing uploaded anywhere.

Where does the Wi-Fi password on a guest Wi-Fi sign come from?

From the "Social profiles and guest Wi-Fi" section of your Business profile, or from the fields on the sign itself in the Sign studio. Nothing is filled in for you, so a sign will say "Add your Wi-Fi password" until you enter yours.

Can I use this for more than one business?

Yes, but the app holds one business profile at a time. Download a backup for each brand from Settings, then restore whichever one you are working on. The QR codes themselves are not tied to a profile, so you can keep them all in one library if you prefer.

Can customers book or pay online through it?

No. It runs offline on your own device, so there is no booking page for customers and it does not take card payments. You record bookings and payments in it yourself, including ones taken by phone, card reader or another website.
